Pilgrim Congregational Church is holding a blood drive every friday from 8:30am to 1pm at their fellowship hall. 911 Pilgrim Way, Green Bay. Simply call 1-800-GIVE-LIFE (1-800-448-3543) or visit redcrossblood.org to make an appointment or for any more information. All blood types are welcome. Blood donor cards, driver's licenses or two other forms of identification are required at check in. Donors must be 17 years of age (or 16 with parental permission), weigh at least 110 lbs, and are generally in good health.

The Market has 30 -35 vendors selling fresh produce, fresh fish, hand made arts & crafts, Native American jewelry, flowers and much more. The 4-H booth serves delicious Oneida Black Angus burgers and brats.

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (benefit)

Thousands of people will gather at Green Isle Park on Sat. Oct 9, 2010 for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, a non-competitive walk organized by the American Cancer Society to raise money to fight breast cancer. The American Cancer Society is proud to present Kohl’s Department Stores as the Flagship sponsor of the 2010 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk of Green Bay.

Dance Against Violence Sock Hop (Fundraiser)

50's-60's charity event w/raffles, silent auctions, games, costume contest. $5 @ door. Free dance lesson @ 7. Bobby Rivers Band 8-midnight. Sponsored by nic foundaiton. Proceeds support violence prevention education programs.
